Our DNA : innovation and growth to empower people

In a world of constant change, the expectations of workers and companies evolve rapidly. That’s why innovation is our compass. We develop our own digital solutions and work alongside pioneering companies that join our group. Between 2018 and 2022, four new companies joined us: Jobijoba (with Smartforum and Magnet), Diplomeo, Seekube, and Basile.
This innovation-driven strategy allows us to expand our scope and boost the international visibility of our French solutions — supported by strong marketing investment.

Our Story : 25 years supporting employment and training

2000–2010 : the rise of a french success story

Founded in 2000 as OuestJob, the group quickly became RegionsJob. Back then, there was a clear need: a localized digital recruitment tool. Most job platforms were Paris-centric. We responded by launching regional versions (RhoneAlpesJob, EstJob, ParisJob, PacaJob, etc.). In 2007, we anticipated the digital boom and launched Blog du Modérateur (BDM), now a go-to media outlet for French-speaking digital professionals. That same year, we created Helloworkplace to address recruitment and HR challenges. In 2009, we expanded into the training market with the launch of Maformation, a platform connecting individuals with training providers.

2010–2017 : becoming a digital leader in France

With 10 years of experience, the group structured and scaled up significantly. This strong growth led to a strategic shift, transforming us into a tech-first, digital leader in employment and training. During this time, our team tripled in size.

2018–2022 : from RegionsJob to Hellowork group

In 2018, we officially became Hellowork group, reflecting the broader scope of our activities: jobs, recruitment, and training. That same year, we raised €30 million in investment with support from shareholder Groupe Télégramme and acquired Jobijoba. Beyond its job aggregator, Jobijoba brought two strong solutions: Smartforum (for local authorities) and Magnet (for career sites). In 2019, we acquired Diplomeo, a platform dedicated to higher education orientation. In 2021, we welcomed Seekube, the leader in virtual recruiting events. Finally, in 2022, we brought in Basile, a referral-based recruitment startup — now a key solution for our 15,000 clients.

2022: One Unified Platform — Hellowork.com

In April 2022, all our regional job boards (RegionsJob and its 8 regional variations) merged to become hellowork.com — a unified platform for all. This rebranding aligned with market expectations and created a single entry point for both candidates and recruiters.

Since 2023 : record-breaking growth

Hellowork group continues to expand its market share in recruitment, orientation, and training. 2023 was a landmark year, with €109 million in orders, representing 120% growth in just three years. Backed by our shareholder, we’ve secured a new €50 million investment fund to drive further external growth.
